Why commercial clients choose us

Stay open. Protect the asset. Keep it on a schedule.

For a business, floor downtime is lost revenue. Our commercial program is built around minimal disruption and a floor that keeps looking new.

Minimal downtime

After-hours and phased work with fast return-to-service — no lost business days.

Dust-free process

Screen-and-coat abrades only the existing finish: no sanding to bare wood, no HVAC contamination, no dust in your inventory or equipment.

Protect the asset

Recoating on a schedule extends floor life for decades and defers a costly full refinish.

Vendor-ready & low-risk

Licensed, $2M insured, COI with the endorsements you require, and a transparent written scope and price.

Liability reduction

Commercial-grade durability and anti-slip finish options where entries, bars, and ramps matter.

How it works

Assessment to maintenance program

On-site assessment

We evaluate the floor, run a bond (adhesion) test, and confirm whether a clean, a screen-and-coat, or a full refinish is the honest call.

Written scope & price

You get a clear, itemized scope and a fixed price your budget owner can approve — plus COI and vendor paperwork.

After-hours execution

We work nights, weekends, or in phases around your occupancy, with a firm return-to-service time.

Maintenance program

Optional scheduled recoats keep the floor looking new and push the expensive full refinish out for years.

Vendor-ready

The paperwork, handled

Facility managers and procurement teams get exactly what they need to approve the work.

  • Licensed & $2M insured
  • COI with additional-insured on request
  • Net-30 & PO friendly
  • 1-year workmanship guarantee

Commercial FAQ

Answers for facility managers

Can you work after-hours or overnight so we don't lose business days?
Yes. After-hours, weekend, and phased scheduling is the core of our commercial service. A screen-and-coat recoat goes down after you close and is ready for light traffic by the time you reopen.
Is it really dust-free in an occupied building?
A screen-and-coat recoat abrades only the existing finish — there's no sanding to bare wood and no wood dust, and we contain and clean as we go. A full sand-and-refinish uses dust-containment, but when a recoat will bond, it's the truly dust-free option.
Do you provide a certificate of insurance (COI) with additional-insured?
Yes. We're licensed and carry $2M liability insurance, and we can provide a COI with additional-insured and the endorsements your contract requires — usually within a day of request.
Do you offer net-30 terms or accept purchase orders?
Yes — we work with net-30 terms and POs for commercial and institutional accounts. Ask us and we'll set it up as part of the written scope.
Will the finish hold up to heavy commercial traffic?
We specify commercial two-component (2K) waterborne finishes built for high-traffic retail, restaurants, and offices — and a maintenance program keeps them that way.
Can you turn multifamily units on a tight schedule?
Yes. A one-day, dust-free recoat gets a unit rent-ready overnight instead of days, and we can price and schedule across your whole portfolio with one point of contact.
Do you offer recurring maintenance programs?
Yes — scheduled recoats are the smartest way to protect a commercial floor. Regular maintenance keeps common areas and dining rooms showing well and defers a costly full refinish for years.
Do you handle gym or MFMA maple sport floors?
Sport floors follow MFMA standards and game-line specifics. We'll tell you honestly whether a given gym floor is the right fit for our crew or is better served by a certified sport-floor specialist.
